We want a full-time web developer who is interested in working for a progressive graphic design firm. We work with socially responsible companies and nonprofit organizations to make the world a better place (no really, we do!). You must know the in's and out's of CSS, PHP and SQL, but knowledge of AJAX, Ruby, Java, C# and Perl is great too. We push our work both in design and technology, so being self-motivated is a must. We expect efficient accurate code and a fun happy person to share smoothies with (we make them daily in our office). If you know Flash/ActionScript, we won't hold it against you and maybe even use it from time to time. Currently all our sites are built with our own PHP-based custom content management system, however we're open to new technologies and ways of working. We expect you to be our tech leader!
